In one week, my colleagues at Emlyon and I collaborated to present a picture of at-home oncology treatment in Germany, and paths forward for implementing it, with patients at the core of our strategy.
The project was set by Axelle Ayad at Human Care and Romain Aubris at Sanofi, and the opportunity they gave us to practice this work in real time has been invaluable. It has been instrumental in discovering where I can grow, not only as a speaker, but as a time-bound project analyst. Current challenges in global health require timely implementation of new systems, and working within a single week gave me a real sense of what that asks of a team.
I look forward to building on what I’ve learned in projects to come at Emlyon, especially in mental health, where timeliness is of the essence.
